West Coast Nannies takes the upmost care in ensuring that our nannies undergo a thorough background check. Safety and security is our priority! Our premium screening is included in your placement package and a copy of the report will be given to you and your hire upon completion. Screening will occur once a formal offer of employment has been accepted. All offers of employment are contingent on a successful screening.
Our quality background screening is completed by a NAPBS (The National Association of Professional Background Screeners) accredited company, that has been in the business for over 40 years. All screens are done in compliance with all relevant laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We recommend completing an annual background screening report for your employee.
