Nanny Roles

 

One-time non-refundable registration fee: $400

One-time non-refundable placement fee: 12% of gross annual/term salary (minimum charge will apply)

Please note: Nanny share families must each register separately and will each be billed separately for their share of the total fee.

Household Staffing Roles

(ex. Household Managers, Combo Household Manager/Nanny, Household Assistants, House Cleaners and Personal Assistants)

One-time non-refundable placement fee: 14% of gross annual/term salary (minimum charge will apply)​

 

 

Short Term Positions (less than one year):

 

One-time non-refundable registration fee: $400
Placement fee: 12% of gross annual/term salary (minimum charge will apply)

Included in all Placement Fees:

 

• Initial consultation with placement director, Nicola

• Personalized job description & posting of job description on various sites

• Recruitment of candidates 

• Interview & pre-screening of candidates

• Premium background screening & driving record check of chosen candidate

• All necessary documents (formal job offer, work agreement, medical/dental release, waiver to transport, emergency information form, waiver to administer medication, non-disclosure agreement, and cell phone/social media policy) 

• Assistance in completing the job offer and work agreement

• On-going support during the process, and after a hire is made – as needed

• Replacement policy

Replacement Policy:

Happy families, and happy nannies are our top priority! West Coast Nannies offers a replacement policy (3 months/90 days) for long-term placement services. We will conduct a new search to replace a nanny if your family is not completely satisfied. ​
