New Nanny Position Available

Part-Time Nanny in Bellevue

This Crossroads area family is seeking a part-time nanny to care for their son, who will be 4 months old at start. Their baby has a calm temperament and is easygoing. He likes music, interaction, simple games, and storytelling. The nanny will support daily feeding, playtime, and nap routines, while helping establish a steady rhythm to the day. Outdoor activities would include walks around the neighborhood and to parks. The parent’s value routines, safety, emotional security, health, and diet. They are deeply interested in education and learning. They offer a calm and predictable environment, with parents who plan things well, value clarity and communication. They have a solution-centered approach to life. Their ideal nanny provides attentive, nurturing and age-appropriate care. They should have high attention to detail and be able to plan and engage in age-appropriate activities. The nanny should be proactive at coming up with ideas, have a mindset of continuous improvement, promote social development and positive behavior, and communicate regularly and openly. This position has a long-term outlook as they anticipate needing a nanny until their son is at least age 3. Responsibilities include childcare, child meal prep, light tidying related to child, child’s laundry, and occasional transportation. Experience requirement: education or training in an area relevant to childcare or equivalent job experience. Prior experience with infants is a hard requirement. The parents primarily speak English, but also speak Romanian and Portuguese.

Location: Bellevue (Crossroads)

Start Date: April 2026

Kids: 1 child (4 months at start)

Wage: $30-40/hour DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday: 1PM – 6PM (25 hours/week), occasional flexibility appreciated with advance notice.

Benefits: guaranteed hours (25), paid vacation (2 weeks/10 days), paid holidays, paid sick time (1 hour accrued for every 25 hours worked), and mileage reimbursement.

Nanny Vehicle/Driving required: Reliable vehicle and valid car insurance required.

Pets: Yes, one cat

Other: COVID, Influenza and Tdap immunity should be demonstrably up to date. Nanny must be non-smoker and non-vaper.
