My kids loovvvve crafting so much. They're a variety of ages (from 1 - 12y/o) and it keeps them all occupied - which is a parenting win! The other day they decided to get out the pony beads. My littlest enjoys sorting them and dropping them in a little mason jar, while my oldest is a great teacher - showing the middle two how to create so many different things. As I was looking at the beads I remembered the bead lizards I used to make when I was young. I found an easy to follow tutorial online and the kids spent the rest of the afternoon making bead lizards, crocodiles and penguins.
